Security Drivers International sponsored FM Contract Watch's ACS Pacesetter's 5th annual Awards lunch. This annual event took place at Royal Windsor Racecourse on 23rd May 2018.
The event hosted ACS members, their clients, industry colleagues and most importantly the Security Officers who were in receipt of the ‘Security Officer of Distinction Awards.
This annual ceremony recognises Security Officers who go above and beyond what’s expected, saving lives, helping in the conviction of criminals and sometimes even being injured themselves in the line of duty.
The lunch will featured two guest speakers: Rick Mounfield CSyP FSyI, Chief Executive of The Security Institute and Paul ‘Tug’ Hartley GM who was awarded the George Medal for actions in Afghanistan.
The lunch was a massive success and the standard of nominations was exceptional. It was a fantastic way of thanking our hardworking Security Officers.

The Approved Contract Scheme (ACS) Pacesetters membership is made up of Contract Security Guarding Companies who are in the top 15% benchmarking and achievement levels set by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme. All members of ACS Pacesetters will have gained a minimum score of +136 during their recent annual inspection.
